Hikari's Pachirisu was the third Pokémon caught by Hikari in DP019.
Pachirisu has a very hyperactive personaility. It loves to have fun with Hikari and her other pokémon. It also tends to give Hikari a bad hair day by using Spark. Hikari felt that she had failed Pachirisu as a trainer because of its behavior and temporarily released it. A while later she realized that she made a mistake and went back to get it only to find that Jessie already had set her sights on the electric squirrel. However it managed to defeat Team Rocket and Hikari recaptured it.
