As of ja.wp (1), ja.wp (2), nintendo.co.jp (though it only says "ぼくたちピチューブラザーズ"), pokeani, pocketmonsters.net, MAL & many other sources it seems to be "ぼくたちピチューブラザーズ・パーティはおおさわぎ!のまき" - sources for the name bulba uses: bulbapedia & en.wp, so both not really reliable.
