'''Ralph''' (Japanese: '''ラルフ''' ''Ralph'') is a one-time character in the Pokémon anime who appeared in ''[[EP100|Wherefore Art Thou, Pokémon?]]''. His Japanese voice actress is 愛河里花子 ''[[Rikako Aikawa]]'' and his English voice actress is [[Tara Jayne]].
He had an ongoing rivalry with {{OBP|Emily|EP100}}, who always tied with him in all the competitions they competed in. In one of their latest competitions, Ralph's {{p|Nidoran♂}} nicknamed Tony fell in love with Emily's {{p|Nidoran♀}}, Maria. However, because Ralph and Emily couldn't stand each other, Tony wasn't able to see Maria.

While living on the island, Ralph had an ongoing rivalry with [[Emily (Orange Islands)|Emily]], who always tied with him in all the competitions they competed in. Ralph

Ralph (Japanese: ラルフ Ralph) is a character of the day who appeared in Wherefore Art Thou, Pokémon?. Ralph lives in Yambera on Mandarin Island South.

He had an ongoing rivalry with Emily, who always tied with him in all the competitions they competed in. In one of their latest competitions, Ralph's Nidoran♂ nicknamed Tony fell in love with Emily's Nidoran♀, Maria. However, because Ralph and Emily couldn't stand each other, Tony wasn't able to see Maria.

Misty thought that Ralph and Emily truly loved each other deep down, so she tried to get them together. However, all she ended up doing was driving a bigger rift between them. When Team Rocket captured Tony and Maria, Ralph and Emily realized that they needed to work together in order to retrieve their Pokémon. Eventually, Team Rocket was defeated and the Nidoran were both retrieved. Ralph and Emily decided that their rivalry would be settled so their Pokémon could see each other. The Nidoran kissed, and then proceeded to evolve into a Nidorino and a Nidorina.

At the end of the episode, Ralph and Emily appeared to have developed a crush on each other as when Tracey and Misty suggested they build a house for their Nidoran, they shouted each other's name instead of their respective Nidoran.

Ralph's Nidorino, nicknamed Tony (Japanese: ジョン John) was in love with Emily's Nidorina. He has a blue and purple bow around his neck. He first appeared as a Nidoran♂ when Ralph had lost him. With the help of Ash and his friends he tried to find him. Tracey found him and a Nidoran♀ (nicknamed Maria). Ralph and Emily found both Pokémon kissing and playing with each other. They quickly grabbed their Pokémon away and left.
