Promotional Card (Japanese: プロモーションカード Promotion Card) is one of the five sets found in Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color.
Many of these cards can only be obtained by completing a trade, by competing in the Challenge Cup or by defeating Ronald in a battle. Phantom Card Mew (numbered PXX) can only be obtained via Card Pop!, while Phantom Card Venusaur (also numbered PXX) is unobtainable without glitches.
The set primarily includes cards from the Wizards Black Star Promos collection, but also includes some Unnumbered Promotional cards that were never released outside of Japan. The Game Boy-exclusive Legendary Cards are also included in this set.
