The actual limits for storage for the GenIII+ bags aren't listed. It isn't infinite, due to save file size restrictions, and Bank makes a statement which implies that XY have a limited number of item slots.
As an example, theoretically, Generation IV has 165 possible slots for items in the normal pocket ( (0x8C4 - 0x630) / 4 ), and each slot can hold 65535 (2**32 - 1) items. The software likely puts additional limits on capacity (for instance, if the count var is considered signed, it will half the capacity). I'm not about to test the actual limits, but it is nearly certain that there is at least some reachable limit. I did check to see if any of these bag sprites were used and they are, but for a few frames for the Generation III games. The others seem to be versions not obscured by highlights letting the player know where the type of item is stored. Not sure how to incorporate them into the article. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) 03:13, 10 May 2022 (UTC)

Gen. V Bag Menu

How do I upload an image? Because I have a captured image of the Bag menus but I can't upload it. It always says that I must be an Adminstrator or something. --AwesomeDJPokemon (talk) 10:49, 15 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

You can upload a file here. You should be able to upload new files without being an administrator. --SnorlaxMonster 10:55, 15 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thank you so much... :-) –AwesomeDJPokemon (talk) 11:00, 15 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
Why post entire screen? Not even HGSS has that (it's different from everything earlier, since it uses Ethan and Lyra model for Bag). The upper part of shot is like really redundant in this case, as it just shows information about item. 12:08, 15 May 2013 (UTC)
I'll fix it right now and I know that it looks awful. --AwesomeDJPokemon (talk) 12:28, 15 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Pokemon XY bag should be added

Can some one add the Pokemon xy bag and with its pocket locations. User:FlutterShy 7:35,18 march 2014 (MTN)

No because there are dozens of bags in the game, and they don't show the location of each pocket. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 02:13, 19 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
