In Generation IV, according to this article, Wilton's three Seaking apparently have the levels 42, 46, and 63. This seems like a very odd combination to me given how large a range they have. Might the last one really be 53? :Nah, it's correct. To add to the credibility of that number, the moveset correlates to the levels (incidentally, Seaking learns Megahorn at level 63). I remember this battle quite well, but I can double check if you are still concerned.
