Dakim (Japanese: ダキム Dakim) is one of the four Cipher Admins in Pokémon Colosseum. He is a hulking, muscle-bound man with red hair, and wears a necklace full of Poké Balls.
Dakim is shown to be very reckless. He usually tries to keep his cool, but can become dangerous when angered. Dakim is the only Cipher Admin not directly involved in the creation and distribution of Shadow Pokémon. Instead, he and his underlings appear to be used as general enforcers and muscle. He himself has incredible physical strength, and he'll physically attack any enemy who won't give in to his demands. He also has surprisingly good jumping abilities, as he flees with a powerful and very big leap.
In battles, Dakim prefers to have one of his two Pokémon use Protect, while the other uses Earthquake. He alternates his Pokémon's actions every turn. This is less prevalent in later battles, as he starts to utilize Pokémon that have the Levitate Ability, although members of his team without said Ability will still use Protect. He also may use an X Accuracy to increase the accuracy of his attacks. Later, some of his Pokémon use the Sunny Day/Solar Beam combination.
In the games
Dakim first appears at Mt. Battle, where he's attempting to steal the Time Flute from Area Leader Vander under Ein's orders. After battling through the nine first Zones of Mt. Battle filled with Dakim's minions, the player encounters Dakim himself at Zone 10, threatening and physically assaulting Vander. The player then proceeds to battle Dakim, facing his Shadow Entei in the process. After being defeated, Dakim will retreat along with his forces. After Dakim has left, the player can pick up the F-Disk that he dropped.
Dakim later appears at Realgam Tower, guarding one of the four ID Badges that will grant the player and Rui access to the tower's main floors. After being defeated, Dakim will hand over the Grn ID Badge and remark that the player is the only person besides Nascour who has ever beaten him in a battle, before leaving the tower.
After Cipher has been defeated, Dakim will appear as an opponent in the Deep Colosseum.

- "Daahahah! Treacherous? You didn't really think that a worm like you could win? All you had to do was to hand over the Time Flute without making a fuss. It's your own fault for getting hurt. Since you're not cooperating, I don't have any choice but to haul you off to Ein's Lab."
- Before battle, to Wes
- "Hm? Who are you? What were my underlings doing? That outfit of yours… You must be the troublemaker who messed with Skrub in Celebi's forest! And now you've come to mess with me, the great Dakim! Don't make me laugh! I'll pound a lesson into your flesh and bones, so you'll never even think of bothering me again!"

- "Ah, Skrub. You were hopelessly outclassed against him. You had zero chance of winning. I'm pulling out for now. You go to Ein's Lab and help out there."
- "This isn't over yet. Stronger Pokémon are being made even now. You'd better get serious about training your Pokémon for our next meeting. Daahahah!"
- Before battle
- "Daahahah! Your luck ran out when you showed up before me! Your stab at adventure's gone on long enough!"
- Being defeated
- "Gwaaaah! Why'd I lose to this punk?!"
- After being defeated
