== #switch location ==
I noticed that on the party templates, the location is listed, for every match, depending on the time of day. However, in all games Gabby and Ty appear in, the first match is ''always'' on Route 111, the second is ''always'' on route 118, and so on until the levels stop increasing fromthe sixth onward. Thus the player will never actually fight the level 19{{sup/3|RS}}/17{{sup/3|E}} Whismur and Magnemite on anything but Route 111. Unless I;m missing something, shouldn't the #switch statement only be used in the sixth+ battle template (and the third and fourth be separated)? The Pokémon listing in this article says the in Ruby & Sapphire they start off with Level 19 Pokémon and then in the second battle they are Level 17. Does this actually happen in the games or is this false information? - MTC 11:00, 30 Apr 2005 (UTC)

This is just a typo. If you read closely, you can see the second table is for Emerald Version. So between Emerald Versoin and Ruby/Sapphire, some things got changed as far as trainers and their levels. --Blaziken=Tahu 15:25, 29 September 2009 (UTC)

Anime cameo?

I'm not sure, but I think that in the third movie (Spell of the Unown), two reporters are reporting about the crystal takeover or something like that. I know it was a whole generation before, but they bear a resemblence. Does anyone else notice that? Seritinajii 01:48, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

My scepticism at the idea is halted by the fact that this is the same movie that gave us Beautifly. --FabuVinny T-C-S 01:51, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Gabby & Ty in Ruby/Sapphire

Here are the levels and pokemon from Ruby and Sapphire (from GameFAQ):

Route 111 (First Appearance): Magnemite/Whismur, Lv.19 Money: 1824

Route 111 (Second Appearance): Magneton/Loudred, Lv.33 Money: 3168

Route 118 (First Appearance): Magnemite/Loudred, Lv.27 Money: 2592

Route 118 (Second Appearance): Magneton/Loudred, Lv.36 Money: 3456

Route 120 (First Appearance): Magneton/Loudred, Lv.30 Money: 2880

Route 120 (Second Appearance): Magneton/Exploud, Lv.39 Money: 3744

So no, they do not have lower levels than before as they keep increasing each battle. -MasterKenobi

So, after the first battle in emerald, do they have the same stats as the ruby and sapphire battles? Should we double check and separate them if we need to?--Blaziken=Tahu 15:23, 29 September 2009 (UTC)

On the TCG artwork, Gabby's microphone has text on it, which reads "TVH". It seems rather obvious to me that this stands for Television Hoenn.
