: That appears to just be a physical characteristic of Togedemaru, from the looks of things, as she doesn't appear to be actively using a move while doing it. Flash

- That appears to just be a physical characteristic of Togedemaru, from the looks of things, as she doesn't appear to be actively using a move while doing it.
