They are probably storing their script on their user namespace, hence no more User article editing for now. They don't want anyone messing with their scripts.

Usually what they do is they store they key for enter (which takes up quite a few bits) with the black smiley face key (hold down ALT and press 001 in on the right hand side keypad) since it only takes up a couple bits of information. A postprocessor in the website usually replaces the black smiley face with the enter key.

Plus, a comment. Since Mew cannot learn Draco Meteor, doesn't that mean that Smeargle has the largest potential moveset of all Pokémon?

Even if Mew DID learn Draco Meteor, Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, and Hydro Cannon, there are still some moves Mew has never been able to learn, and thus Smeargle's always had the most accessible movepool since it was introduced. Keep in mind that the event in XD that can give Mew four random attacks only picked from a pool of 100 moves, a far cry from every move in Generation III. Let's see...Mew can't learn Confusion, Extrasensory, Future Sight, Luster Purge, Mirror Coat--wait, that's enough. Mew can't even learn all attacks of its own type, much less every attack under the sun! Please don't erase talk page comments for no reason. Trust me, you do NOT want to end up like Big Johnno, who got into an edit war with a sysop over comments the former had erased and was trying to keep erased. He's talking about templates to decorate his user page, not necessarily ones that will help update Bulbapedia to HGSS standards or whatever. OK? We're not talking about usage of wikicode for templates in the Template: namespace. We're talking about the User: namespace here. That doesn't grant you the ability to cleanse my page of outside links and instructions on user-adjusted templates for decorative use with directions on creating a template "in 5 seconds", which isn't the case. Other than web design, I enjoy graphic design, and game programming. Although it's easier to program apps and useful stuff, it's way more fun to make the "Talk to Ozzy" game. "Additive primary colors" are Red, Green, and Blue. These colors are used to create the colors of light. "Primary colors" are sets of colors used to create other colors (RGB, RBY, CMY). Additive primary sets combine to form white, while subtractive sets combine to form black. RBY and CMY are subtractive sets, while RGB is an additive set.
