Shūhei Yasuda (Japanese: 安田周平 Yasuda Shūhei) is a character designer[1] and animation director[2] of the Pokémon anime.

Yasuda started working on the Pokémon anime as a key animator during Pokémon the Series: XY, with his first credit being for the ending animation of DreamDream. He was promoted to a character designer on Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon[3], then held the position of animation director for Pokémon Journeys: The Series. He also directed the opening animations for the first three versions of One, Two, Three.

Additionally, Yasuda has contributed with illustrations for the Trading Card Game, exclusively for the Ash vs Team Rocket Deck Kit. For a list of cards he illustrated, go here.
