Kiley (Japanese: カイリ Kairi) is a character of the day who appeared in On Land, In the Sea, and to the Future!. He is a pro surfer from Lilycove City and a friend of Chrysa who went to the same university as her.

Kiley and his Vaporeon participated in the adult division of the Marine Athletic Race and won. After getting in contact with Chrysa, he met up with Ash, Goh, and Chloe when they arrived in Lilycove City.
