Her behavior in Crystal is that she *won't* give you any on thursday nights. (Source; I'm a programmer, and I looked over the code here, as well as verifying the behavior with about 30 tests each for non-Thursday-nights and Thursday-nights [https://github.com/pret/pokecrystal/blob/961fad9e150df324afc9bccd1ce15c3a65d3c124/engine/phone/scripts/dana.asm#L60]. It'd also probably be helpful to list how it's a 1/11 odds of occurring during any given call from her (it calls 'random 11' which generates a number from 0-10; checking if the result is 0). However - this info is a bit complex, and really feels like a mini-article on Lass Dana and/or the trainer-calls, rather than info on route 38.
