Hi guys, since [[Generation VIII]] is already over and the anime series was not called Sword&Shield, but rather Journeys (JN code), I'd like to revive this discussion in 2024 for moving back the HS episodes to SS again. These episodes are officially referred to as ポケットモンスター サイドストーリー Pocket Monsters Side Stories (for the episodes that are actually referred to like that). However, I would not object to a title sans Pocket Monsters if it is deemed excessively wordy. --Abcboy (talk) 05:58, 16 November 2015 (UTC)
- Pocket Monsters Side Stories even has an opening sequence which has been used since at least 2012. Bluesun (talk) 06:56, 26 September 2016 (UTC)
- Another thing I should point out is that once the next mainstream series begins airing, we will be having a naming problem for all of the individual episode numbers (Side story ↔ Sword & Shield), so that probably needs to be resolved pronto. Toadette the Achiever (talk) 13:39, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
