The Antidote (Japanese: どくけし Antidote) is a type of status condition healing medicine introduced in Generation I. It cures a Pokémon of poison.

In Pokémon Conquest, the Antidote can be used to cure a Pokémon from poisoning.
An Antidote can be purchased from any Shop for 100-70 gold, and sold for 50-65 gold.

Pokémon the Series
Pokémon the Series: Black & White
Antidote was first mentioned in A Venipede Stampede!, where Cilan used some to cure Ash after he had been poisoned by a wild Venipede's Poison Point.
Pokémon the Series: XY
Antidote was mentioned again in An Undersea Place to Call Home!. Lindsey used one off-screen to cure Ash's Pikachu after he had been badly poisoned by a wild Skrelp's Toxic.
Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon
Antidotes first appeared in The Sun, the Scare, the Secret Lair!. Professor Kukui handed one to Ash from his medical kit, for him to cure his Rowlet from the poison inflicted by James's Mareanie's Sludge Bomb.
In The One That Didn't Get Away!, Lana used some Antidote-laced food wrapped around her fishing lure to heal a Kyogre from its poisoning.

In The Secret of Kangaskhan, Red used an Antidote to heal a baby Kangaskhan from her poisoning.
Sword & Shield arc
In Toasty!! Battle Against Toxapex, Henry used an Antidote to heal his Thwackey from the poison inflicted on it by Nessa's Toxapex's Baneful Bunker.
Pokémon: Yeah! I Got Pokémon!
In GDZ68, Shu gave his Pikachu an Antidote to cure the poisoning caused by a Trainer's Kingdra's Toxic.
Trivia
- In early appearances, the Antidote was depicted as a vaccine inside of a syringe-type device; this was later changed to being a "spray-type medicine" in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen.
