Scarlet & Violet
South Province (Area Three) first appeared in<!-- PASV07--> this arc, as the location where Violet and Arven arrived to search for the Titan. After hearing that Nemona had been sighted in the area earlier the same day, they hurried off to find the Titan, not wanting to take the risk that she could defeat it first. They succeeded in locating the Titan Klawf, but when they tried attacking it, it escaped, using the terrain to its advantage to hide from them again and again. Figuring they needed a higher vantage point to effectively locate it, Violet told Arven to climb up a nearby watchtower. When Arven climbed up the tower, however, he was shocked to find an unconscious Nemona.

<!--In PASV08, -->When Nemona regained consciousness, she revealed the reason why she had been unconscious. Earlier that day, she and Scarlet had climbed the watchtower and found a Gimmighoul, which had drained away some of Nemona's vitality. Scarlet had used Nemona's misfortune as a cover to attack Gimmighoul and collect its coins, leaving her to recover at the tower while she continued her travel to Artazon. Upon hearing that Arven and Violet were trying to take down a Titan Pokémon, Nemona eagerly joined in. Following a successful surprise attack on Klawf, the Stony Cliff Titan retreated to reenergize itself with Sweet Herba Mystica. After Klawf had been driven away, Arven used the herbs to make sandwiches for the three of them, with Miraidon eating one of the sandwiches as well and gaining the ability to dash, much to Violet's delight.

Probability weight indicates the likelihood that a Pokémon will spawn at a certain point in this location relative to others that can spawn there. A higher probability weight generally indicates that a Pokémon is more likely to spawn.
Pokémon with the highest or lowest level requirements may not spawn in every possible location within this area.
A bolded level range replaces the Pokémon's non-bolded level range after the player has completed The Way Home.
 1. This Pokémon will always have a scale of 255, a Gentle Nature, and will always be female.

 • Despite Slakoth being listed by the Pokédex as a potential random encounter in this Area, it cannot typically appear here due to a lack of appropriate trees, and will only appear in Mass Outbreaks (during which they can spawn on the ground).

Scarlet & Violet arc

South Province (Area Three) first appeared in this arc, as the location where Violet and Arven arrived to search for the Stony Cliff Titan.

When Nemona regained consciousness, she revealed the reason why she had been unconscious.
