Trivia
- The song includes parts of Title Screen, Battle! (Trainer Battle), Battle! (Champion), and Battle! (Gym Leader—Johto Version), as well as a Pokémon Center theme and a caught Pokémon fanfare.
- The phrase "aversion sash" references the Focus Sash item, as they're similarly pronounced in Japanese: (きあいのタスキ Kiai no Tasuki versus 嫌いのタスキ Kirai no Tasuki).
- This song's producer, DECO*27, might have been chosen to commemorate the 27th anniversary of Pokémon.
- Interestingly, out of the Pokémon games shown in the intro of the music video, Generations I and V are entirely absent, with the Unova region as a whole being unrepresented.
- The games that appear are Gold, Ruby and Sapphire, Diamond and Pearl, HeartGold and SoulSilver, X and Y, Sun and Moon, Let's Go, Pikachu!, Legends: Arceus, and Scarlet.
- In the original Japanese lyrics for the song, "ビビビビビビビビビ えーいっ!" also refers to some players believing the false idea that spamming the "B" button while trying to capture a Pokémon in a Poké Ball would increase the chances of a successful capture.
