This card was first released as a Jumbo SV-P Promotional card included in the Pokémon Horizons: The Series Special Card Set, a tie-in TCG product for the Pokémon Horizons: The Series anime. The card set includes the Terapagos and Friends Jumbo promo card, regular-sized promo cards for Sprigatito and Fuecoco, and 10 booster packs of Stellar Miracle or its equivalent set. All promo cards included in the card set feature the Pokémon Horizons: The Series logo stamped on the card artwork.

From January 15 to February 14, 2025, this Jumbo SV-P Promotional card was given to those who spent £20.00 or more on Pokémon Trading Card Game products on the UK Pokémon Center website.[1]

The Pokémon Horizons: The Series Special Card Set is first released in Taiwan and Hong Kong on August 2, 2024, the same date on which the Stellar Miracle expansion releases in those regions.[2][3][4] It is later released in Thailand on August 30, 2024 and in Indonesia on September 20, 2024, which are the dates on which the Stellar Miracle set equivalent, Stellar Guidance, releases in those regions.[5][6]

This card is released in English as an unnumbered Jumbo SVP Black Star Promotional card alongside Sprigatito and Fuecoco, available in the Grand Adventure Collection product, released on November 15, 2024.
