The Kalos Challenge (Japanese: VS カロス VS Kalos) is one of the possible monthly Champion Stadium challenges in Pokémon Masters EX. It was first made available on February 6, 2023.
Like all Champion Stadium challenges, players need to defeat four Elite Four members to challenge the Champion. They can be challenged in any order, but different special parameters are applied to each round. The Elite Four members are Wikstrom, Malva, Drasna, and Siebold, and the Champion is Diantha.
The Kalos Challenge has been available in the Champion Stadium a total of 4 times:
- February 6 to March 6, 2023
- September 4 to October 2, 2023
- April 1 to 29, 2024
- November 4 to December 2, 2024

The following table lists the special parameters that were applied during each week that the Kalos Challenge was available in Champion Stadium.

Trainer teams
Most opponents in the Kalos Challenge can use one of three different teams, changing weekly. Drasna and Diantha can use one of four different teams. All three Pokémon on each team share a type weakness, and no opponent has multiple teams with the same type weakness. The following table lists the weakness type of each opponent's team during each week that the Kalos Challenge has been available, and the table after it lists the Pokémon comprising each team.

Trivia
- The Kalos Challenge is the only Champion Stadium challenge in which the Ghost-weak and Dark-weak opponents are not the same Trainer.
- Therefore, it took 1109 days (since the introduction of the Champion Stadium on August 28, 2020) for any Champion Stadium challenge to feature both Ghost-weak and Dark-weak stages during the same week. Players could battle against Ghost-weak Wikstrom and Dark-weak Malva from September 11 to 18, 2023.
