The ban usually depends on who gives it and when they get around to removing it... only one user has made it that far and it was for about a month and a half, I think. But, one way to avoid the warnings would probably be getting rid of your own personal sandbox (I will gladly delete it) and using the main one ([[Bulbapedia:Sandbox]]) because that one doesn't count towards anyone's total. I think that would be the best plan for you. Slow down on editing the User: namespace. There are only three userspace edits allowed per day, and you have gone over the limit. Editing your userpage too much will lead to it being locked again.
