Unown Relic (Japanese: アンノーンの いせき Unknown Ruins) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon that contains 11 floors. It is automatically unlocked on purchasing the two Ancient Chamber friend areas.
Unown Relic (Japanese: アンノーンの遺跡 Unknown Ruins) is a dungeon in Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX that contains 11 floors. It is home to Unown.

As the title suggests, the only Pokémon found within the Unown Relic is Unown.  It is possible to recruit one of each form and the recruitment search distinguishes between each form to make collecting a complete set easier.  The lettered forms have a recruit rate of 1.8% while the ? and ! forms have a recruit rate of 0.1%.  Each Unown is at level 20.
It is automatically unlocked by purchasing both/either the Aged Chamber AN or Aged Chamber O? Rescue team camps, both available after the completion of the main story.

! Unown Forms 201
In the original games, there is a pattern to which the Unown appear in Red and Blue Rescue Team if looking to recruit a full collection: The first four letters—A, B, C, and D—will appear on floor 1. Floor 2 will have the next four—E to H—and so on. This means that in order to recruit each Unown, the player will never need to go past floor 7.

All floors are shrouded in darkness, limiting field of view in hallways to 2 tiles.

Generation VIII
In the remake, Ditto will also spawn, and can then proceed to use Transform, either to take the form of an Unown, or a member of the current rescue team.

Similar to Buried Relic, stat-Boosting items are hidden inside walls on every floor, and can be spotted using X-Ray Specs.

The final floor contains 2 Pretty Boxes and a Hidden Power TM.

Gameplay

As its name suggests, the only Pokémon found within the Unown Relic is Unown. It is possible to recruit one of each form and the recruitment search distinguishes between each form, making the collection of a complete set easier.

Generation III
