Pokémon world locations |
The Iceberg Ruins (Japanese: ひょうざんのいせき Iceberg Ruins) is a special room in Mount Coronet in Pokémon Platinum. It is located inside near the exit to Route 216. It is called the Iceberg Ruins because it is the home of Regice, the Iceberg Pokémon.
Normally, if the player enters the cave, it is empty. However, after entering the Hall of Fame, if the player has a fateful encounter Regigigas in their party, there will be a 7-dot pattern on the floor and a statue on the back wall.
Special encounters
A Regice appears here after stepping on all 7 dots on the floor and interacting with the statue on the back wall. If defeated or run from, it respawns upon leaving the area.
