Oblivion Forest (Japanese: ぼうきゃくのもり Oblivion Forest) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky that is unlocked upon reaching Master ★ Rank.
Gameplay
The player cannot bring any money and more than 8 items; any excess will be lost forever if not stored. Pokémon in the third and fourth slot will be returned to Chimecho Assembly upon entering.
The jobs here are ranked ★2 or ★3 by default, depending on the floor.
All floors are large, with following amount of rooms:
- 3-8 on floors 1 and 10
- 3-9 on floors 2 and 9
- 3-10 on floors 3, 8 and 11
- 3-11 on floors 4, 7 and 14
- 3-12 on floors 5, 6 and 13
- 3-14 on floor 12
There's 2-5 items on floors 1 through 5, 3-6 on floors 6 through 11 and 4-7 on floors 12 through 14. There's also 4-7 items buried in the walls. The items have 5% chance to spawn sticky.
The amount of starting enemies varies per floor:
- 2-3 on floor 1
- 2-4 on floor 2
- 3-5 on floors 3 through 8
- 3-6 on floors 9 through 14
There's 20% chance that a Monster House on floor 10 will spawn without items.
The IQ Booster activates every floor. The turn limit is 1000. There is heavy darkness in the dungeon. There is water on floors 2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14 and 15. Enemies in this dungeon have 330IQ. The player cannot be rescued if knocked out.
The weather is fog on floors 3 and 5, and cloudy on floors 8 and 9.
At the end of dungeon there is a Deluxe Box containing either a stat-boosting item or team leader's exclusive item.
