This is difficult. The term "master" isn't exactly intended to be his name, but it's rather a title indicating that he is the manager/owner of that particular establishment, whatever it would be called - diner, cafe, bar, whatever. ("Master" in this context ''is'' most often attributed to barkeepers, and yeah the place sure looks like a bar (albeit an upscale, kid-friendly one), but... eh.) | |||
I highly doubt that TPCi will choose to rename him "Barkeep" or something, but I also highly doubt that they'll call him "Master," as such a name has completely different connotations in English. | |||

Move to Master (Sinnoh)
This is difficult. The term "master" isn't exactly intended to be his name, but it's rather a title indicating that he is the manager/owner of that particular establishment, whatever it would be called - diner, cafe, bar, whatever. ("Master" in this context is most often attributed to barkeepers, and yeah the place sure looks like a bar (albeit an upscale, kid-friendly one), but... eh.)
