Savannah (Japanese: ツキコ Tsukiko) is a Pokémon Coordinator who appeared in A Fan with a Plan and Cruisin' for a Losin'.

Savannah was shown to be a very nervous Coordinator. She was a fan of May and Drew by seeing their performance in the previous Contests. When Savannah entered the Rubello Town Contest, she was not very confident of her abilities and took advice from May. But in the semi-finals, she proved herself to be highly capable by defeating May's Bulbasaur with her Lairon. However, she lost in the finals to Drew's Masquerain. She also has a Flareon which she used in the preliminary stage of the tournament and mentioned owning a Bulbasaur.

She had already received a ribbon prior to this, which she wears around her neck, and is also a member of the M.F.P. (Mothers for Pokémon), a group of fangirl cheerleaders who idolize Pokémon Trainers and Coordinators.

Savannah and her daughter Sandra made brief cameos in Deceit and Assist, watching May at the Hoenn Grand Festival.

Savannah used Flareon in Rubello Town Pokémon Contest. With a dazzling appeal, Savannah and Flareon managed to go to the Second Round. Flareon's known attacks are Ember, Swift, Flamethrower and Fire Spin.

Lairon

Savannah used Lairon in Rubello Town Pokémon Contest. It was able to defeat Bulbasaur, but was defeated by Masquerain. Lairon's known attacks are Shock Wave, Water Pulse, Take Down and Metal Claw.

At home

She also had a Bulbasaur which was her starter Pokémon. She had left it with her parents. It is not known if it has evolved.
