This article is about the EV-raising items in Generation V. For the key items in Generations II and IV, see List of key items in Generation IV.

A wing (Japanese: ハネ Feather) is a type of item from the Pokémon games. They are used to boost the stats of a Trainer's Pokémon.

Effect

Wings can be considered a less powerful version of vitamins; unlike the latter, however, they are not subject to a usage limit. Each one gives a Pokémon one effort value (EV) point in a particular stat.

Trivia

  • There is a seventh wing, the Beautiful Wing, which is similar in appearance and can be found in the same locations as the others; however, it serves no purpose other than to be sold for a large amount of money.
