Pokemon in Russia

Do you have any proof that some episodes were translated to Russian from Polish? I know that there are many terms in Russian version which are the same that used in Polish version and also only Russian and Polish versions used second verse of Pokemon Theme for opening, but are you sure that Polish verion was first, not Russian?
