Fullmoon Island

Fullmoon Island (Japanese: まんげつじま Full Moon Island) is an island located north of Sinnoh, where the Legendary Pokémon Cresselia is initially encountered. This island can be visited only once (by taking a ship from Canalave City), after the National Pokédex has been obtained.

Upon meeting Cresselia, the Pokémon will flee and thereafter roam the grasses of Sinnoh. It leaves behind a Lunar Wing which can be given to cure a child of nightmares in Canalave City.
