Zukan Hoenn Collection 5 (Japanese: ポケットモンスター 立体ポケモン図鑑 第5集 Pocket Monsters three-dimensional Pokémon Zukan Collection 5) is the fifth collection of Pokémon Zukan figures. It encompasses 11 different capsules, each one focusing on Pokémon available in the Hoenn Pokédex, and was released in April 2004.[1]
