Promotional Card is one of the five sets found in Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color.
Many of these cards can only be obtained by completing a trade, by competing in the Challenge Cup or by defeating Ronald in a battle. The two Phantom Cards (numbered PXX) can only be obtained via Card Pop!.
The set primarily includes cards from the Wizards Black Star Promos collection, but also includes some Unnumbered Promotional cards that were never released outside of Japan. The Game Boy-exclusive Legendary Cards are also included in this set.
