Magnus (Japanese: コブシ Kobushi) is the founder of the Pokéathlon Dome in Johto, located near to the National Park. His only known Pokémon is a Poliwrath, which follows him around. Upon entering the Friendship Room, he will congratulate the player. After talking to him and obtaining the National Pokédex, the Supreme Cup is unlocked.
