Powder Snow (Japanese: こなゆき Powder Snow) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II.
Effect
Generation II
Powder Snow inflicts damage and has a 9.8% chance of freezing the target.
Generation III onwards
The effects are the same as the previous generation; however, it has a 10% chance of freezing the target instead.
Powder Snow hits both opponents in a double battle. In a triple battle, Powder Snow will only hit opposing adjacent Pokémon.
