Wormadam's type is variable, depending on the kind of cloak it wears. Additionally, it is capable of learning a few Psychic-type moves. In the anime, it is shown to be able to move around by floating in the air.
Behavior
Wormadam appear to swing like a pendulum, with the ball at the top of its antenna always staying in the exact same spot, even when hit with an attack, as if it was glued to that space. This may be due to its slightly Psychic-type nature, learning many Psychic-type attacks naturally. However the antenna falls out of place when it faints. It is said that a Wormadam that evolves on a cold day will have a thicker cloak.
Wormadam is unique in the fact that it can be three different types permanently yet shares a Pokédex entry and name.
Wormadam's Sandy Cloak is its only form that does not share a type combination with more than one Pokémon.
