Platinum (Japanese: 第８章 プラチナ編 The Eighth Chapter: Platinum) is the eighth chapter of the Pokémon Adventures manga, consisting of three volumes.
This chapter follows Lady Platinum Berlitz as she enters the Battle Frontier to gather information on the mysterious Distortion World so she can rescue her original bodyguards Paka and Uji. Joining Platinum is Looker, member of the International Police, who aims to investigate the villainous Team Galactic. Meanwhile, using the notebook they took from the fleeing Charon, Diamond and Pearl set out to gather information on the various legendary Pokémon of the Sinnoh Region.
