It seems to me the Roggenrola only (mostly?) appear in the little square of cave right by the Shalour City entrance, just to the left (right before the jump back to Route 11, the place where the scientist is hanging out). I just went hunting for Roggenrola to get some Everstones, and I literally did not get a single one anywhere else, but I ended up catching 6 of them right there on that little spot. Maybe the spot where you can catch them is a little bit bigger than just that? Roggenrola only in specific part
It seems to me the Roggenrola only (mostly?) appear in the little square of cave right by the Shalour City entrance, just to the left (right before the jump back to Route 11, the place where the scientist is hanging out). I just went hunting for Roggenrola to get some Everstones, and I literally did not get a single one anywhere else, but I ended up catching 6 of them right there on that little spot.
