Volume 38: The Other Side of This World is the thirty-eighth volume of the Pokémon Adventures manga, the ninth and final volume in the Diamond & Pearl arc and the first for the Platinum arc. It is authored by 日下秀憲 Hidenori Kusaka and illustrated by 山本サトシ Satoshi Yamamoto.
In VIZ Media's translation, this volume is published as volume nine of a separately numbered series, "Pokémon Adventures: Diamond and Pearl/Platinum".
