Ice Body (Japanese: アイスボディ Ice Body) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV. Fourteen Pokémon can have this Ability, all of which are Ice types or evolve into an Ice type.

Effect

In battle

During hail, a Pokémon with Ice Body will regain ¹/₁₆ of its maximum HP at the end of each turn. A Pokémon with this Ability will take no damage from hail if it otherwise would.

Outside of battle

Ice Body has no effect outside of battle.
