Release information
This card was first released as a Trainer card with artwork by Hikaru Koike as part of the Japanese Extended Sheet 2 of the Vending Machine cards. It was later reprinted in the Guren Town Gym deck and in the Pokémon Web expansion. It was printed in the English Gym Challenge expansion.
Max Revive was later released as an Item card with a completely different effect and new artwork by 5ban Graphics in the the English XY expansion, first originating from the Japanese Collection X.
