I've noticed a trait Delphox and its pre-evolved forms seem to share with kitsune. Delphox's "robe" may not be based on a witch or mage's robe. It may actually be based on a Shinto Miko, or Shrine Maiden's uniform, and the "wand" that it carries may be based on a Shinto gohei. Coylie3 (talk) 21:03, 22 August 2014 (UTC)
