The Anistar Gym (Japanese: ヒャッコクジム Hyakkoku Gym) is the official Gym of Anistar City. It is based on Psychic-type Pokémon. The Gym Leader is Olympia. Trainers who manage to defeat her receive the Psychic Badge.
In the games
The Gym originally appears as a small, empty house, but standing at the center of its carpet causes it to burst into its true form, a maze-like, layered sphere of glowing pathways under a night sky riddled with galaxies and a comet and with constellations of various Pokémon like Pikachu, Lunatone, and Staryu hanging in between. The player must navigate three separate levels of pathways (blue topmost, green in the middle, and purple lowest) with warp tiles connecting different levels where their paths overlap. Olympia is located on a circular platform on the lowest level. After being defeated, Olympia will offer the player a warp back to the original house.

In the anime
The Anistar Gym debuted in XY091. It is a building with a domed roof and several gold ring-like structures including one on the roof. Olympia has multiple Psychics there as her students. She later invited Ash, his friends, and Professor Sycamore there to tell them about Frogadier's past.
In XY092, Ash had a two-on-two Gym battle against Olympia at the Gym, using his Frogadier and Talonflame against Olympia's two Meowstic. Despite the Meowstic's ability to redirect their attacks and the seemingly unpredictable Future Sight, Ash eventually managed to turn the match in his favor by making the redirected attacks hit Meowstic instead. He also had Pikachu count the time between Future Sight's use and hit, allowing him to use Olympia's signature strategy against her. This eventually cost Olympia the match, giving Ash the victory and earning him his seventh Kalos League Badge.
