Steadfast (Japanese: ふくつのこころ Indomitable Heart) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV.
Effect
In battle
Steadfast increases the user's Speed stat by one stage when flinched.
Outside of battle
Steadfast has no effect outside of battle.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series
Steadfast will raise the Pokémon's Movement Speed when it is cross-eyed or cringing.
