Rolling Kick (Japanese: まわしげり Roundhouse Kick) is a damage-dealing Fighting-type move introduced in Generation I. Prior to Generation VII, it was the signature move of Hitmonlee and Hitmontop.
Effect
Rolling Kick does damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch.
Rolling Kick cannot make a target with a substitute flinch.
