Norbert's Courage (Japanese: ノゾムの勇気 Nozomu's Courage) is the second chapter of Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us: Zeraora's Story.

Major events
- Ash and Margo return to the simulation, but now view the events from the eyes of a boy named Norbert.
- Norbert is attacked by Agee, but is saved by Zeraora, who defeats the Pokémon hunters and forces them to retreat.
- The battle between Zeraora and Agee's Tyranitar ends up setting the area on fire.
- While Zeraora rescues the wild Pokémon, Norbert tries to escape, only for his Elekid to get trapped under some falling tree branches.
- Norbert and Zeraora work together to rescue Elekid, but once they save it, a large explosion occurs and Elekid is nowhere to be seen.
- Angered at the apparent loss of Elekid, Zeraora lets out a loud roar, which summons Lugia.
