The Sinnoh Fair' (Japanese: ' Sinnoh Fair) is an event that appeared in JNS01. The purpose of the fair is to show off the past, culture and products of the Sinnoh region.

Events

Upon entering, event participants receive a complete set of clothing worn by residents of the past era. The museum tour includes:

Lecture

The reigning Champion of the Sinnoh region, Cynthia, gives a lecture and presents the items and paintings from the region's past. She gives participants a replica of a Poké Ball from that era, restored for the event.

Capture competition

The Hisuian Starters

Accompanied by an explanation of how starters from other regions came to the Sinnoh region and how this may have affected them, the participants have to capture one of the starters from the Hisui region (Oshawott, Rowlet and Cyndaquil) in less than three minutes in order to win a prize. Competitors can use their own Pokémon for this. Those who manage to win the competition win a book that details Sinnoh's backstory.
