Kinesis (Japanese: スプーンまげ Spoon Bend) is a mostly accurate non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Kinesis decreases the opponent's accuracy by 1 level.
Kinesis will do nothing if the opponent's accuracy level is at -6, and will fail if the opponent has a Substitute or is under the effect of Mist.
