Rad Rickshaw is the owner of Rad Rickshaw's Cycle Shop in Eterna City.
When the player reaches Eterna City, he is not in his cycle shop but rather has gone to complain to Team Galactic. He is later found with Jupiter, trying to get the Pokémon taken from trainers to be returned.
He rewards the player with a free Bicycle afterwards.
