Well, Nando is a recurring character, and even some character-of-the-day's pokémon have articles, like Orville the Pidgey, so why don't do an article about Nando's Roselia? Netto-kun 12:04, 22 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

If it ever evoles into a Roserade and it has a long cape, will we be able to know its gender? P.S. If you can classify Buizel as a male you can classify any pokemon with a gender, unless they look the same in both genders or it came from another region...
