Only Roserade's page mentions the matching costume in the Trivia section. There's a total of 12 costumes (6 Pokémon, both a regular version and a shiny version): Roserade (Cool Girl), Lucario (Cool Boy), Groudon (Young Boy), Kyogre (Young Girl), Electivire (Muscle Man), and Pachirisu (Little Grl).
