Captivate (Japanese: ゆうわく Allure) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Captivate harshly lowers the Special Attack stat of the target, if it is the opposite gender. It will fail if the target has the ability Oblivious, or the same gender as the user.
