In the anime Mokke, in episode 12, there were a bunch of spirits trying to stop people from crossing a bridge who strongly resembled Exeggcute. They apparently came from a batch of Hina dolls who'd been abandoned there. It might be that Exeggcute is based on something in Japanese mythology, but I don't know what it's called. | |||

Evolution
In the Special Abilities section of this article, it mentions that an Exeggcute can evolve without a Leaf Stone if one of the "eggs" separates from the pack and then rejoins. When has this ever occurred? -- Zedd 20:07, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Barrage
I'm pretty sure chancy can learn the move because it uses it in pokemon stadium i'm pretty sure. Yami 06:23, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
- I think that was RBY only. Wasn't Barrage a TM then? Xanhawk23:59 Dec. 21, 2008
